On Easter Morning, 2009, Eldad Baptist Church held an outdoor sunrise service at 6:30am. We gathered for the celebration of Someone we loved who was still alive! There were 87 people who gathered for worship. Most of those who attended had never been to a sunrise service before.
It was a glorious time. As we worshiped, the sun rose behind the trees and the cross and white drape combined to accentuate the celebration of that first Easter! Additional photos from the celebration can be seen in the photo gallery.
